Real Time Music is a Qualiopi-certified training organization.
As a result, all of our professional development and artistic training programs — including our Soundpainting courses and the “New York in Paris” international workshop — are eligible for various full or partial funding options, depending on your professional status.
Here are the financing solutions available to you (excluding CPF) to help make your training project a reality.
-
You are an Intermittent du Spectacle (Entertainment Industry Worker): AFDAS
AFDAS is the primary funding body for the continuing education of performing artists and entertainment professionals in France.
- What is covered: 100% of the professional tuition costs of the training (subject to your available training rights).
- Key condition: Your funding application must be submitted online through your AFDAS account at least 30 days before the start of the workshop.
- How to proceed?
- Check your eligibility and training rights on your personal AFDAS portal.
- Once your application is approved by our team, we will send you your compliant personalized quote and detailed training program.
- Submit your application directly on the AFDAS portal.
- Access the AFDAS website
-
You are out of AFDAS Rights or Ineligible: The Adami “Parcours Artiste” Grant
If you do not meet the AFDAS criteria or have reached your annual funding limit, Adami can provide individual financial support.
- What is covered: The tuition costs of the training program and, under certain conditions, accommodation expenses related to it.
- Adami’s mandatory requirements:
- The application must be part of a comprehensive, long-term professional action plan developed by the artist.
- This is a highly selective grant awarded after review by a dedicated committee.
- Exclusion criterion: Artists who have declared more than 48 performance fees (cachets) over the past two years are excluded from this scheme.
- The grant remains subject to full compliance with Adami’s general program conditions.
- How to proceed? Log in to your personal online account to build your individual assistance application.
- Submit a grant application on the Adami Account platform
-
Other Professional Funding Schemes
Depending on your profile, other organizations can be approached:
- International Artists (Outside France): If you are based outside of France, most countries have national ministries of Culture, Arts Councils, or copyright collection societies that offer mobility grants, scholarships, or professional development support for artists studying abroad. Real Time Music will provide you with a certified quote, an international training syllabus, formal training contracts, and letters of recommendation if needed to support your application with your local funding bodies.
- France Travail: If you are a registered job seeker (excluding intermittence), you can request an Individual Training Aid (Aide Individuelle à la Formation – AIF) from your advisor to integrate Soundpainting or our advanced workshops into your career development plan.
- FIF PL / AGEFICE: If you work under an independent or self-employed status (such as independent music teachers, freelancers, etc.).
- FAMDT Companionship Grants: Specifically for training modules that incorporate traditional or world music components.
-
Personal Funding: Our “Solidarity Rate”
If you do not benefit from any professional continuing education rights or if you are currently transitioning into the professional industry:
- Tailored rate: Real Time Music is committed to supporting artists and offers a reduced Solidarity Rate adapted to each session (e.g., €460 instead of €1,240 for Soundpainting modules).
- Payment facilities: Installment plans and staggered payments are available upon request to our administration office to make our training programs accessible to everyone.
